Do I need a permit?
Check with your local building department, most places don’t require a permit for anything under 120 or 200 sq ft. If a permit is required we can supply you with a drawing to be able to obtain permits, if a engineered drawing is required an additional fee will incur.

Do all your buildings come painted?
Yes unless you choose to not have yours painted. We provide a discount for unpainted buildings.

What kind of material do you use that is in contact with the ground?
It is a 4×4 that is treated for water, bugs and termites (It is designed to be outdoors).

How long does it take to receive my building once I place my order?
On average it should take about 2 to 4 weeks. This allows you time to prepare your site.

Do you have a payment plan?
Yes! Click here to learn about our Rent to Own program.

Do I need to anchor my building?
Check with your local building Dept. We sell anchors if you wish to purchase some.

Do you haul away or demolish old sheds prior to bringing in a new one?
Yes. There is an extra charge for this but we do offer this service.

How far can you deliver a building?
We can currently deliver any building within the continuous 48 states.

Do you offer a discount if we order multiple buildings?
Yes. We do offer a discount off of your total order if you order more than 2 buildings.
