How do I order?

What if I don’t like my building when it arrives?

Our Love It or Return It policy has your back. If you are not completely satisfied with your building, you can return most Shed Yard structures for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.   More details

What preparations do I need to make for delivery?

The Shed Yard needs direct access to your property and the location of your building. Site preparation varies and will be reviewed with you when we confirm your order.

Do I need a permit?

Check with your local building department, most counties don’t require a permit for anything under 120 or 200 sq ft. If a permit is required we can supply you with a drawing to be able to obtain permits, if a engineered drawing is required an additional fee will incur.

Do all your buildings come painted?

Yes – our standard option includes premium paint and trim options. However, you can choose to paint yourself. Discounts are available for unpainted buildings.

What kind of material do you use that is in contact with the ground?

We use premium 4x4s that are treated for water, bugs and mites.

Do you haul away or demolish old sheds prior to bringing in a new one?

Yes. There is a Minimum Charge of $300 for this service.

The Shed Yard currently delivers Fully Assembled Buildings Free in Colorado (Some Exclusions Apply) Deliveries Outside of Colorado are Quoted Per Job.

Do you offer a discount if we order multiple buildings?

Yes. We do offer a discount off of your total order if you order more than 2 buildings.

How long does it take to receive my building once I place my order?

In stock buildings are delivered with 7 days, weather permitting. Expect to receive your custom order within 3-4 weeks.
